These days it often happens that fans use artists� portrait without getting permission from the right holders both domestically and internationally; the legal responsibility regarding Intellectual property, portrait, copyright, neighboring right is getting reinforced. Therefore, please be aware of that you will be responsible for those unproved contents regardless of the aim and should take a proper step to get the approval from the right holders in order to use those contents. If you ask us, we will do our very best to help you.
Basically, all the contents related to the artists who belong to J.Tune Entertainment Co., Ltd belong to the company; the advertisers own the right for the pictures related to the endorsement, and the right holders of the concerts own the right for those pictures related to those concerts. The right owners of contents are entitled to ask the legal responsibility to any person(s) or any company(s) which owns or runs a website which copies and/or reproduces the contents illegally and share them with people.
In the event that some fans make the diary and the calendar without getting approval from those copyright holders, they will take the responsibility for it. We will try to arbitrate this issue as best as we can, but please keep in mind that we cannot support those illegal activities.젨
Check out your fans� caf�s or fans� websites if they have any illegal contents without presenting the source, and please delete them right away and give people a notice regard it.
